85 gm Cream Cheese
100mls Full cream Sour Cream
70 gms Fetta
Fresh coriander to Taste
Shallots to taste

Combine the cream cheese and sour cream and beat well until smooth. Add Fetta and mix well. Stir through the fresh chopped herbs. Top with South Indian Tomato Chutney and serve with cornchips, crudites or crusty bread.
