Water, spice, vinegar, canola oil, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger, salt.
Goa Curry - Add 2 - 3.5tbsp of curry paste to the pan. Add 500g of beef or lamb and brown the meat well with the paste. Add 125mls of coconut cream and cook until the meat is tender. Take the lid off and reduce the gravy to thicken.
