Beef & Pork Vindaloo - In a pan brown 500g of sliced pork or beef. Add 2 tbsp of curry paste (50g) and mix well. Add enough water to make the gravy. Bring to the boil and cook until the meat is tender. Reduce the curry with the lid off until the sauce has thickened. Serve the curry with rice or Naan.
At last!!! A Vindaloo paste that does not need any extra heat added. This makes Maharajas Choice Vindaloo paste taste like a Korma, Pataks Vindaloo only as strong a Butter Chicken and any other Indian or Thai pastes extremley mild.
