Ingredients
- 700g (24oz) skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes or chicken thigh pieces of your size preference
- 1 1/2 level tbsp Chicken Tikka Curry Masala
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- butter
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
Directions
- Mix the Chicken Tikka Curry Masala, yoghurt, ginger and garlic together and marinate the chicken cubes in this for 20 minutes, grill the chicken and baste with butter until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with a light salad or rice
