Date & Almond Scones Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups self-raising Flour
  • 4 tbsp Mudgeeraba Spices Indian Date & Almond Chutney or as desired.
  • 600ml Thickened Cream

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c
  2. Mix flour and chutney until resembles coarse bread crumbs
  3. Mix thickened cream lightly with a knife
  4. Bring mixture together to dough
  5. Knead lightly, roll out and cut with scone cutter
  6. Brush with butter and bake for 15 minutes
