Date & Almond Scones Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups self-raising Flour
- 4 tbsp Mudgeeraba Spices Indian Date & Almond Chutney or as desired.
- 600ml Thickened Cream
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 180c
- Mix flour and chutney until resembles coarse bread crumbs
- Mix thickened cream lightly with a knife
- Bring mixture together to dough
- Knead lightly, roll out and cut with scone cutter
- Brush with butter and bake for 15 minutes
