Super Easy raita, fantastic to cool the palate along with those hotter curries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 finely grated Lebanese Cucumber
  • Salt to taste

Add a few mint leaves torn up and mixed through for extra freshness.

Directions

  1. Grate cucumber and squeeze off the excess liquid. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
