Curry Masala Dip Recipe
- 300g sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- Seasoning to taste (Salt & Pepper)
- finely chopped coriander or herb of choice
- 2 heaped tbsp Mudgeeraba Spices Curry Paste
- For Butter Chicken & Chicken Tikka add 100g Tomato Paste.
- Instructions simply fold in all together. For salad 500g peeled & chopped hard boiled eggs or potato or fish or a combination of all 3.
