Ingredients

  • 300g sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Seasoning to taste (Salt & Pepper)
  • finely chopped coriander or herb of choice
  • 2 heaped tbsp Mudgeeraba Spices Curry Paste
  • For Butter Chicken & Chicken Tikka add 100g Tomato Paste.

Directions

  1. Instructions simply fold in all together. For salad 500g peeled & chopped hard boiled eggs or potato or fish or a combination of all 3.
