Isla shared her home-made crackers and her favourite chutney with friends after attending our special in-house Chutney Night.
Ingredients
- 4 wholegrain wraps
- Taipan’s SPG Salt, Pepper and Garlic Seasoning
- Olive Oil Spray
Serve with your favourite chutney or pickle. We love South Indian Lime with these chips.
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven at 180c
- Stack your wraps and cut through 4 layers at a time into wedge shapes.
- Spray the top layer with olive oil and lay out on a baking tray, continue with each layer the same way.
- Sprinkle over your seasoning to cover each chip
- Bake for approx 10-12mins until golden and crunchy.
- Enjoy with chutney or pickles on their own or add to a cheese-platter.
