Decadent kingfish with Asian flavours. Makes a very impressive entree or share plate.
Ingredients
SERVES 2-4 PEOPLE AS A SHARE PLATE OR ENTREE
Kingfish Sashimi Ingredients
- 20 pieces of sashimi kingfish
- Optional: Micro herbs & edible flowers
Sambal Goreng Dressing
- 3 tbs Mudgereeba Spices & Curry Blends Sambal Goreng Malay Chilli Paste
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs water
Directions
- In a small bow, whisk the sambal goreng dressing ingredients together and set aside.
- Arrange the kingfish over a serving plate.
- Drizzle the sambal goreng dressing over the kingfish carpaccio and top with micro herbs and edible flowers when you are ready to serve.
