Decadent kingfish with Asian flavours.  Makes a very impressive entree or share plate.

 

Ingredients

SERVES 2-4 PEOPLE AS A SHARE PLATE OR ENTREE

Kingfish Sashimi Ingredients

  • 20 pieces of sashimi kingfish
  • Optional: Micro herbs & edible flowers

Sambal Goreng Dressing

  • 3 tbs Mudgereeba Spices & Curry Blends Sambal Goreng Malay Chilli Paste
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs water

 

 

Directions

  1. In a small bow, whisk the sambal goreng dressing ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Arrange the kingfish over a serving plate.
  3. Drizzle the sambal goreng dressing over the kingfish carpaccio and top with micro herbs and edible flowers when you are ready to serve.
