  1. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream and beat well until smooth.
  2. Add the feta and mix well.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and the Rajasthan Brinjal & Chilli Pickle and combine well.
  4. Stir through the chopped fresh herbs and serve with corn chips, crudites or crusty bread.
