Mango Lassi Drink

Creamy and refreshing, this mango lassi recipe is made with ripe, fresh mango, honey and yoghurt…a real joy to drink (great if you’ve eaten hot curry)

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe mangoes¬† or 2 cups frozen
  • 5 tbs good quality honey (we use Nature’s Wonder)
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (we used Oat Milk)
  • 1 cup ice (optional)
  • You can tweak it with a spice like cardamom, juice of a lime or rose water (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend well
  2. Scape down sides if ingredients are getting stuck
  3. Sample and make any adjustments to flavour as you like
  4. Pour and enjoy!
