Sweet chutney Rolls



  • 2 sheets puff pastry – thawed  (makes approx 10)
  • 100-150gms cream cheese, 1/2 cup Mudgeeraba Spices Traditional Qld Mango chutney
  • 1tbs maple syrup, Dusting of icing sugar (optional)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c degrees and line your baking trays with grease-proof paper
  2. Spread each pastry sheet with cream cheese (leave 1cm from edges) spread your favourite chutney over the top of cream cheese
  3. Roll up each pastry sheet gently but keeping the roll firm and slice into pieces approx 4-5cm wide
  4. Lay pieces on tray (flat side down) and bake for approx 15-20mins
  5. Take out of oven and let rest for 5mins, then spread out onto your plate and drizzle maple syrup over the top
  6. Dust with a little icing sugar if you like it extra sweet
