Sweet chutney Rolls


A sweet snack thats  perfectly quick to make and you only really need 3 ingredients!


  • 2 sheets puff pastry – thawed
  • 100-150gms cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mudgeeraba Spices Traditional Qld Mango chutney
  • 1tbs maple syrup
  • Dusting of icing sugar (optional)
  • makes approx 10-12


  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c degress
  2. Line your baking trays with grease-proof paper
  3. Spread each pastry sheet with cream cheese (leave 1cm from edges)
  4. Spread your favourtie chutney over the top of cream cheese
  5. Roll up each pastry sheet gently but keeping the roll firm
  6. Slice into pieces approx 4-5cm wide
  7. Lay pieces on tray (flat side down)
  8. Bake for approx 15-20mins
  9. Take out of oven and let rest for 5mins
  10. Lay onto your plate and drizzle maple syrup over the top
  11. Dust with a little icing sugar if you like it extra sweet
