Sweet chutney Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry – thawed (makes approx 10)
- 100-150gms cream cheese, 1/2 cup Mudgeeraba Spices Traditional Qld Mango chutney
- 1tbs maple syrup, Dusting of icing sugar (optional)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 200c degrees and line your baking trays with grease-proof paper
- Spread each pastry sheet with cream cheese (leave 1cm from edges) spread your favourite chutney over the top of cream cheese
- Roll up each pastry sheet gently but keeping the roll firm and slice into pieces approx 4-5cm wide
- Lay pieces on tray (flat side down) and bake for approx 15-20mins
- Take out of oven and let rest for 5mins, then spread out onto your plate and drizzle maple syrup over the top
- Dust with a little icing sugar if you like it extra sweet
